Machinable Shaft Ends

Our customizable shaft ends are perfect for mounting your custom-made pulleys, sprockets, sensor targets, and other components to your shaft without causing any damage. One side of the ends is unfinished to allow for custom milling, while the other side is a one-piece clamping coupling for secure mounting. Choose between flanged and straight ends and carbon steel or stainless steel finishes. Flanged ends are great for objects with larger ODs, while keyed shaft ends firmly grip the shaft's key to eliminate slipping and handle higher torque. Carbon steel ends are easy to machine and have a black-oxide finish for rust resistance in primarily dry environments, while stainless steel ends offer the most corrosion resistance but are more difficult to machine.
