Washdown Clamp-On Collar Ball Bearings
In food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical facilities, you can rapidly fasten these ball bearings onto shafts with the clamp-on collar since they are made to withstand repeated washdowns. The collar holds and aligns your shafts better than set screw ball bearings, which lessens noise and vibration. Installing these bearings involves tightening the one screw on the collar's inner ring on your shaft to prevent marring the surface.
These bearings' steel rings are nickel-coated, so they won't corrode in the presence of water and abrasive cleansers as 304 stainless steel would. A longer inner ring provides more shaft support. All of these bearings feature H1 lubrication, which is NSF recognised and approved for applications involving food and drink and accidental contact with food.
