Support and direct loads on angle rails in sterile areas such as food, pharmaceuticals, and other. These track rollers, sometimes referred to as yoke-style cam followers, are commonly placed on shafts and clevis rod ends and provide greater mounting flexibility than threaded equivalents. They have sealed and shielded bearings that keep out dust and liquids to protect the lubricant, and they are permanently lubricated to prevent contamination. The lubricant is safe for accidental contact with food because it complies with FDA regulations and is NSF certified H1. These track rollers are constructed of stainless steel, so repeated washings with abrasive cleansers won't cause them to rust.
Rollers that are double-sealed may work in a wider temperature range and are more protected against high-pressure liquid and debris than rollers that are single-sealed. They are designed to endure the regular high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns seen in manufacturing facilities for food and medication.
