Threaded V-Groove Track Rollers

For through-hole mounting, either thread the stud into the component directly or tighten it using a nut. In order to use V-Groove Track Rollers, rollers must be used with angle rails. Due to debris falling off the inclined rail, they are effective in unclean areas and can handle radial and thrust (top and side) stresses. Track rollers, often called cam followers, guide and position work while supporting weights. Every roller is constantly lubricated.

Steel rollers are less resistant to corrosion than 440C stainless steel rollers.

Rollers with a plastic overmold are ideal for corrosive situations and produce less noise than conventional rollers. They are less corrosion resistant than other stainless steel rollers and have lower weight capabilities than other rollers of same size.

Rollers with a seal are more effective at keeping out dust and other impurities than protected rollers, but they also retain heat better. Their seal aids in lubricant retention as well.
