These thin, light bearings include two rows of balls, which increases their longevity and load capacity while also giving them a larger profile than single-row plastic bearings. They are frequently employed in food processing applications such as bottle filling machines. The acetal body can function in liquids and can be rinsed down without losing potency because it doesn't absorb water. Both glass and 316 stainless steel—two corrosion-resistant materials—are used to make the balls. These bearings don't need lubrication because the balls and the body don't make metal-on-metal contact.
