These threaded rollers are used to transport goods down angled rail tracks in hygienic situations such as food and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. They are always lubricated, a quality that is frequently found in hygienic settings where frequent lubrication might lead to contamination. As safe for accidental contact with food, their lubricant is NSF certified H1. Since they are constructed of stainless steel, regular washings with abrasive cleansers won't cause them to rust. To keep out fluids and guarantee that the lubrication stays intact, the bearings are sealed and insulated. When installed on angle rails, the V-groove design of these rollers allows debris to slip off. They go by the name of "cam followers".
A threaded mounting stud is used with rollers that have a standard shoulder. They can be mounted through a hole by threading them into the component or by using a nut to hold them in place.
Eccentric track rollers are another name for rollers that have an adjustable shoulder. They may be raised and lowered, and they are frequently used in conjunction with regular rollers to solve alignment issues. To allow for through-hole mounting, fasten them using a nut.
