Electrically Isolating Servomotor Precision Flexible Shaft Couplings
Our insulated servomotor couplings are designed to protect bearings, encoders, and other shaft components from stray electric current, which can damage circuit boards, interfere with readings, and cause wear on bearing raceways. Made with an acetal plastic spacer at the center, these couplings are perfect for use with servomotors that generate current that travels down the shaft.
Our servomotor couplings are ideal for high-speed and precision applications, including frequent starts and stops and precise positioning. With zero backlash, they transfer power with no delays or wasted motion. A pair of disc springs on each side of the spacer allows the coupling to flex and accommodate for all types of misalignment. The clamping screws secure both shafts with an even, non-marring grip.
